Trick-or-Treat!

Tonight, Cinderella and I went trick-or-treating or should I say "trunk-or-treating"! Her school was having a Trunk-or-Treat, this was the first one we've been to. It was alot of fun! Lili and daddy stayed home tonight, Mike hasn't been feeling well :( So, we thought it best for him and Lili to stay nice and toasty at home.

Silly Cinderella!
Getting ready to go!

Ta da!
Emma says this is her "scared" look.
Enough already!

What a cutie.

Emma with friends Tigger(Brook) and Monarch Butterfly (Maddie).

Emma with her teacher, Mrs. Soto. She really loves her teacher. She made her a bracelet using some beads and string that we have at home. Thought of it all on her own, Mrs. Soto has definitely made a lasting impression on Emma!

Not sure if you can tell, but she has on light blue eye shadow, pink blush, lip gloss, and glitter in her hair. You know, the complete princess package!

Emma's so funny! She didn't want to wear a Tiara, I asked her several times, "Are you sure you don't want to wear one?" Finally, I dropped it :) Then, I so lovingly suggested she let me roll her hair, she then told me, "Mom, Cinderella doesn't hair curly hair!" (No argument there.) "Well, do you want me to put your hair up, like Cinderella wears hers?" "NO."
So, there ya have it! I did however, persuade her to let me at least put this "sparkly" headband in her hair, just to keep her hair out of her face. And we BOTH wore glitter in our hair tonight!

If This Doesn't Get You in the Christmas Spirit.........

Then, I don't know what will! Okay, I know I'm a little early........but Lili and I were just playing yesterday and I thought I'd experiment with the camera and santa hat. Christmas is just around the corner, maybe this will spur you on to getting that Christmas list started :)

Veggie Tales Live!

I took Emma to see the Veggie Tales Live last night, just as a "mommy and me" get away. We had so much fun together! She really enjoyed seeing all of her favorite veggies live on the stage!

We spotted some friends across the room and they were so sweet to make room for us! We had a really good seat for the show, thanks Gossett's and Luttrell's!

Bob and Larry

They sang the song "At the Carwash" and bubbles started blowing everywhere, Emma ran down to the front by the stage and played in them! Thank goodness for that big pink bow, I might've lost her if she didn't have it!

It was alot of fun! If they come to your area and you have little ones, I really recommend it!

Carving our 22 pounder!

Believe it or not, our pumpkin was a whopping 22 pounds! We had alot of fun carving it out.

Emma's Homemade Pumpkin Soup!

She found this template she liked, so instead of a jack-o-lantern, she has a fun tigger pumpkin!

We love Fall!

Lili thought the hay was pretty cool!

I love my girls.

In a hay field behind our house. Don't worry, Mom and Dad were VERY close by just in case :)
Emma sure does love her little sister. She's doing such a good job looking out for her and playing with her.

Sporting her brand new MGM shirt from Nanny and PawPaw's trip to Vegas!

Picking Our Pumpkin!

Every year, when my parents come up to visit we take a trip to Tate Farms and pick our pumpkin for the fall! This year, we had an extra little treat.........Lili got to come along! She had alot of fun too! Tate Farms has 8,000 acres of farmland, 5,000 of them are cotton. They have alot of fun things for the kids to do......it's a great family outing to take!

Emma showing off her facepaint!

The haymaze! Not good, if you're claustrophobic (spelling?)! But alot of fun if you're not!

The hay jump.....Emma's fearless!

Getting buried in the corn crib!

Lili liked the corn crib too!

This was Emma's favorite part of the entire day. She kept going back and holding this rabbit. She just loves animals.
She has grown 6 inches since last year!

My little punkin!

Pulling our 22 pounder!

It was a fun-filled day, ready to go home and rest!
